i was asked to do as design which would go on 25gms paper by Roach Bridge for a live brief. The target audience will be small retailers who want to purchase a small amount of paper. i was asked to design something that is in fashion only allowing u to use water based colours. It is to be printed on a paper roll - approx 60 cm wide 25grm thick. The design is to be then place on a plate rather than a lazered roller. i has been asked to use a basic repeat pattern like wallpaper. Whoever created the best designs company will be rewarded will £300!
the researched id did were in to some wallpaper designs;
and various other imagery that i though would fit in well to the brief

The new brief we were set is to design a cereal box aimed and to encouraging children & teenagers to eat a healthier breakfast cereal.as it is aimed to encourage kids to eat breakfast. in my group there was me Frankie and Jak, we started off by doing research for what kids like and different cereal boxes we came up with the idea that most enjoy music so we went about designing the box with a music theme to it we wonted something completely different and unusual that has not been in shops we came up with having the box shaped like a ghetto blaster with a hip-hop theme or a musical instrument i decided to design the ghetto blaster with a LA west cost theme but as this it black and Grey i added color to it so it was brighter and would catch you eye more. we also though about adding a gift included in the cereal we thought a free CD may work well to help sell the product or incorporating a mp3 player in to the produce but this is quit unlikely to work as of the cost would be to much ether of these could have music to promote the produce maybe something from the charts for Mass Appeal with this a band or artist could promote the music and generate sales for both them and the company.

the day it came to sell the boxes
we all put are names down at a selected time to be on the stall to sell the boxes Didn't go too well as we had a stall upstairs, facing away from the Students Union balcony as of this not many people saw the stalls and did not get many customers the fair time may of had an effect on this Thursday at 10am - 3.30pm had an impact on the sales as the majority of students are in lectures
so Aaysha and Ric decided to work together from separate groups selling Christmas cards going to different parts of the uni. they took a box full of treat boxes and went all around the uni they kept going back to the stall on a regular basis to get change and get more supplies and found they sold more than the stall did.
